1. As a vendor, what do I do when I receive a Purchase Order?

Please sign as the vendor. This authorizes the Township to issue payment to you or your company. Then forward the signed purchase order to the Finance Department.

2. How often does the Township pay bills?

The Township pays bills twice a month, on the first and third Tuesdays.
