Hunting is allowed at Veteran's Park, Ledgewood/Morris Canal Park, and Orben Park. No hunting is allowed in those locations on Sundays. All state hunting regulations must be followed at all times. Per state regulations and guidelines, hunters should be mindful that all of those parks have trail systems and there may be hikers and dogs present.
All inquiries for hunting in the Alamatong Wellfield (Deer Management Zone 9) by the West Morris Greenway should be directed to the Morris County Parks Commission. An access permit for that location is required and can only be issued by the Morris County Parks Commission.
